Petrichor

‘Petrichor’ is a piece of screendance work that i submitted for my screendance assessment for my module at university. Petrichor – ‘ The pleasant smell that frequently accompanies the first rain after a long period of warm, dry weather’ was a challenging piece to do as portraying a smell on screen is difficult however finding the idea of a memory of the smell and producing a work on that made it not only interesting to watch but also clearly had a theme of the smell of first rain after a long period of  dry weather. This clip was a draft of our final piece submitted for the assessment, which had different shots taken out and put in and  tighter editing made to it.
